Confidential by design
This product interviews employees about their own organisation and measures how their work flows. Confidentiality isn’t a policy page bolted on afterwards — it’s the reason the answers are worth anything.
Results are reported across groups. No transcript, quote or score is ever attributed to a named individual.
Findings unlock only once enough interviews are complete, so no group is small enough to identify someone by elimination.
Organisation admins see coverage and aggregate findings. They cannot open an individual’s conversation.
Any question can be skipped, the call can be ended at any point, and what people say is never attributed to them.
Only timestamps and participants are kept from connected tools, never message content. Identities are pseudonymised on arrival, and no signal is recorded for a group smaller than five.
