A completed conversation of at least 10 minutes. On Snapshot, where interviews last up to 10 minutes, every interview that gets past its first couple of minutes counts. Abandoned sessions, pulse surveys and Sounding Room submissions don’t count toward your allowance.
Yes. Your allowance is pooled, so you could interview 70 people once instead of 35 people twice. The plan descriptions show the pattern we recommend.
Replacing a leaver with a new joiner during the year is free.
